His work allows him to advise and represent clients before the courts, including general and specialized contractors, project owners, individuals, and administrators of warranty plans. His experience in construction law led him to serve as the Director of the Legal Department at Qualité Habitation from 2013 to 2015.
He also acts as a speaker on various topics related to construction law, such as obligations under the Civil Code, suretyships, costs for delays, contractor liability, interpretation of CCDC contracts, regulations on warranty plans for developers and general contractors, as well as the legal training required to obtain a contractor’s license from the RBQ for members of regional ACQs.
