We represent the warranty plan administrators Qualité Habitation and Les Plans de garantie ACQ inc. (PGAI). However, we also offer our services to ACQ members for any questions regarding warranty plans offered by other administrators, helping them understand the specificities of each.

Having previously practiced within the litigation department of the administrator of the warranty plan for new residential buildings, Éric has notably handled numerous arbitration processes and cases before civil courts, as well as managing disputes related to performance suretyships in the construction industry.

Previously, he also worked in private practice and for an insurance litigation department.
